    Get google sync on your device here > m.google.com/sync it's free and provides wireless backup/restore for contacts and calendars... Cheers!

    In App World or at S4BB.com you can also try Data Backup Free Beta. It worked for me.

    It is different than the others in that saves Contacts, Calendar, and more to your SD card. (Obviously a memory card is required )
