Absolutely no customer support, and does not respond to e-mails. I've been trying to get replacement software for a warranty replacement BB for close to three weeks. The developer seems like a highschool kid with other things to do. Skip it.
If you are looking for lost phone software, I highly recommend "Where's My Phone Pro". I wrote support once and received an excellent personal reply within a couple of hours. And in my opinion, it is well-thought out and effective software.
