autolock and quickpull together?

Hey all,
I just got my tour (and first bb) and am in the process of setting everything up. I downloaded autolock and quickpull from the free ota page this site offers and ran into a problem with my 3am scheduled pull - because the device was locked. Is there a way to setup the permissions on the app or something so that these two apps can run together?

i can't schedule my quickpull to go at 3am automatically with the autolock on.. is there any way around it?

What are the application settings for Quick pull. Do I allow for every setting. The application just keeps requesting to reset
