Is there an application that lets you set a certain amount of time for native or 3rd party to close whilst there idle, for example I could set my browser to close after 5 mins of inactivity saving me battery and data charges in case I forgot to close it manually with the menu>close technique...?

This app would very use full does anybody know if it exists?
