    I am a big audible user and I have been holding out for the app for BB10. I reached out today and this is what I got. Not very encouraging to say the least....

    Just to let you know *******, the Audible for BlackBerry application has unfortunately become very outdated and as a result we are no longer able to provide support for BlackBerry phones or the Audible for BlackBerry mobile application. We've chosen to use our development resources on other mobile platforms and continue to evaluate opportunities to bring additional wireless access to our customers, and hope you’ll check back for future updates.

    Just side load with unlocked android runtime. Works for me now!! I'm a big audible user too and now I am happy!

    Though sometimes I wish they will sync the stats between all my devices!

    I have tried to sid load this with several times with several different sideloading tools and it never works for me. I have hundreds of audible books and love my z1o but this drives me nuts. Keep getting "Sorry! The application Audible (process com.audible.application) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again - force close"

    Thoughts anyone? Z10 is completely updated ...

    Try to load the unlocked android runtime first. Then you can just use ANY of the audible bar files!

    Downpour.com is a subscription based Audiobook service just like Audible, except the downloads are drm-free mp3 files. I download them onto my Z10 through my computer and a USB cable, and play them through a third party app called Play a Book from Appworld. Works better than the Audible player ever did.

    You got two choices really. Sideload Snap and download the Android version or install the Amazon app store see if they've got it. There's also other alternative options like 1 mobile.

    Audible is owned by Amazon. You're best getting it from the Amazon Store, not Snap.

    Works beautifully too.

    All good! Found an easy way via The easiest way to install Android apps on BB10 Not a proficient tech guy. This went really easy. Got audible,got netflix, etc.

    For what it's worth...I have a Bold 9930 on Verizon, and Audible is no longer supporting the Blackberry. I found a cheap, quick, solution after trying out SOUNDTAXI PRO for $19. It converts the Audible .aa files to mp3, so you can listen on your Blackberry without any issues. Conversion speed is about 2-to-1, so a 4 hour audiobook takes 2 hours to convert. But, you can batch convert a few at a time and it runs them simultaneously. VERY EASY to install and run. Google "Soundtaxi pro coupon".
