When you have these two installed, you'll get a 'Module Verification error'. This will happen in either, let say if you got it in Docs To Go 2.0.0.32 (Premium) then AstraSync will work fine. Vice versa.
Just word of caution.... Uninstalling one of either will fix the problem but reinstalling the missing application will get you to 'Reload Software 502'. This requires wiping and rebuilding your device.
