A while back I had to restore my BB and everything was perfect EXCEPT, I had to reload all my photos back into Ascendo Photos. I have error messages when I do a backup: during "Recovering RMS Databases", I get a dialog box called, "Communication Error" that says, "The data was not recognized by the desktop" - I get the same meassage TWICE. Maybe it's an Ascendo Photos problem, some problem or limit to BBs backup, or just a freak thing. I'd be willing to buy different photo software, but, I don't foresee needing to restore often (yes, I still backup often). If anyone knows what the problem is, and after that, a solution, thanks for the help. Thanks.
