    I tried to install appworld and I got an error saying that it's not compatible with my device - tried installing directly from the phone & from my pc (via IE) but got the same message - any ideas?

    Did you go here? BlackBerry - BlackBerry App World Download and enter your email and they will send a link to your phone.

    There's your problem then... you'll have to wait till the 8th as App World requires a BB data plan
