I downloaded 2 apps and when I try to delete them they get archived. How do I get them actually deleted? Next problem... I downloaded quickpull lite and when I go to set it up under schedule the keyboard comes up and won't go down either with the swipe or the berry menu key. If I do manage to get to the schedule setting and get the time set ( very sensitive scrolling) it won't allow me to finish the operation???? please help!!!!!

For the first issue, try deleting from App World. Go into "My World" or whatever it's called and delete from there.

No clue on the 2nd issue.

The QuickPull thing sounds like a compatibility mode issue.

Go to Options>>Advanced Options>>Applications. Then highlight QuickPull, press the BB menu button, and hit Disable Compatibility Mode.
