I don't think I changed anything in the last couple of days, but my apps won't connect/get info. I pulled the battery and my WeatherBug won't update the teperatures, I can't connect to BB App World, etc. Any hints? The apps work/startup, but they aren't downloading any info. Make sense?

Correction, not Verizon, RIM. It is affecting US and Canadian carriers.

Double-correction, this is a "world-wide" thing according to BGR. People all over the world are having data outages. My Facebook alerts are coming through, but when I click on them, it tried to update until it times out.

This seems like an increasingly common problem for RIM - BIS is down and FB won't connect. Doesn't bode well for the future.
