I'd recommend the Crackberry App Store, rather than App World. CB has better prices, even sales, and it does not cause memory leaks like App World.

I got Ring Scheduler and I love it. I was constantly annoying coworkers with my ring tones. Now it just automatically goes to vibrate while im working. Pretty cool and inexpensive

QuickLaunch allows organization of your apps.

For lots of email check out Forward, Reply, and Edit.

+1 on CrackBerry apps. That is the very best route to take.
