i have an 8130 with verizon
in my institution we do not have bes
i sync using usb and redirector with desktop manager
the first question is
by definition is this bis?
the second question is that it seems to me that i can not download new apps but rather i have what my local verizon has allowed
is that true?
obviously new at this but learning

depends, where are you getting your email from? try using application loader to add/remove apps or delete from options, advanced options, applications on device. can download apps right from device unless something in device prevents this
