    I uninstalled some applications on my blackberry but they still remain on my desktop. How do I remove them from my desktop?

    What applications? Apps that are pushed by your carrier's service books like Facebook, Appworld, Myspace, etc. can't be removed, just hidden.

    These were applications that were downloaded to my blackberry by my boyfriend who was the previous owner.

    Do a battery pull. Power on, remove battery. Wait 30 seconds, reinstall battery.

    That worked great but now I have a different problem. My realtone jukebox won't open or let me delete it or anything. It seems stuck. Can you help with that?
