App world won't let me download

My BB Bridge was not working so I uninstalled it and then went back to reinstall it, but when I bring up the app it does not give me the option to reinstall. I tried other unstalled apps and I see the area to hit reinstall but not on the Bridge app. Any one know what is going on?

try holding alt then clicking r s t.

There is a module that the BB forgot to delete and i think that makes the phone think that the application was never deleted.
