    Facebook is "installing" for 2 days straight now. I can't do anything about it and I can't for the life of me get this app out! Tried deleting it through Desktop Manager where is wasn't shown since it was still in "installing" progress, deleted all app files from my SD card, but it just won't stop installing. Has anyone of you experienced the same problem and can help me out??? I can't install anything from BB app world right now and am stuck with this "installing Facebook" notification!

    Pull the battery out. When it reboots, uninstall app world and download facebook from the crackberry app store.

    I uninstalled App world and Facebook is finally!! gone. I don't get the whole battery pull thing though.

    You're welcome. App world is really buggy. I get all of my apps from CB's app store and never experience problems.

    As far as the battery pull, its sort of like rebooting your pc. It will take care of many glitches and freeze ups.
