    Tmobile Bold 9700 .586.

Now I have to disable WiFi to get App World to work. Works fine in Tmobiles network. I get error "There was a problem reading data from the server and Blackbery App World must exit. Error type: 100002"

I had no issues on the previous OS version on this same phone..

    Sucks...

That's strange. Have you already tried reinstalling AppWorld?

I have same exact problem. If I go in app world with wifi off, no problem.

I get that same error when I try to read reviews... But app world does work in wifi to download and see screenshots etc.

This is definitely a non tmobile related issue though...

It has been the same for my AT&T 9000. I have been trying to log on to World in WiFi to no avail. Never had this issue before with it. But I will try it outside the WiFi.

Hrm. Decided to test things here:

Opened App World on cell service, worked fine. Closed it.
Connected to Wifi, disconnected from cell service; App World opened and works fine.

(By "works fine," I mean the app opened, it loads categories, descriptions, and screenshots. Clicking "Reviews" still brings up the 100002 Error bug.)

Then again, I'm using a .680 base / .748 Java hybrid, so maybe things are different for me. By the way, I HIGHLY recommend this build for anyone who cares about and has had issue with Wifi. Night and day difference!
