Ok so i have searched here and i saw that the icon on my phone is coming from app word. And it has a 2 next to it so im guessing i have two upgrades.. i did the upgrades a while ago, and it went away, well it is back. I dont see any new upgrades and i tried deleting and reinstalling app word and it still is there anyone know what i can do??

Try deleting it again and then do a battery pull then reinstall and see if that helps. What OS are you running ... some OS's don't play nice with some apps.

Look in your "Messages" folder. There will be a message from App World about the updates. Delete those messages and the icon should go away.
