    First of all, check if you are logged in. You can try going to My World. If you are not logged in, it will say to login.

    Also, upgrade the app world. If you in a Wifi hotspot, you don't need a data plan. Just need BIS if I am not mistaken.

    app00, do you have a BLACKBERRY Data Plan with your carrier? A generic, smartphone, or iPhone plan (or no data plan) will not work.

    Call your phone service carrier and have the TRIPLE CHECK that you have the correct data plan for a BlackBerry.
