Hi,
I've had my Bold for over a year and everything was great, changed my tariff with O2 and now even though they say everything is working fine I can't download BB App World, I can't get the Facebook app to work yet my Uber Twitter App continues to work just fine!
I have tried uninstalling App World and facebook Apps to reinstall to see if that helps but I cannot get BB App World to download, won't do it off the phone and it also won't do it via my laptop with the Bold connected by the usb.

Any ideas what is wrong???

Edit - Now won't let me download Google Maps, says timed out

hhhmmm do you have your phone through your work? Because sometimes if this is the case they block the downloading of things on the devices.

Hi nope it's not a work phone, can't work out for the life of me why Twitter works but I can't download Facebook or BB App World or Google Maps, madness!

try re-installing the OS......btw....what are u using?...4.6?....5.0?
