Well afte an hour of reloading pages I finally got the App World to download, one thing that I noticed right away is that you have to make a Blackberry ID, an account for when you purchase things, one thing missing though is you can't pay on your phone bill, it's either paypal or credit card, this was something I was looking forward to.

Not likely that they would add that feature into a beta build, the carriers likely haven't set themselves up for it yet. May very well still be included in a final release.

I think it's because they have to make special arrangements with some carriers to do phone bill billing.

I can pay via my carrier bill. Once you create the BBID and go to an app and click purchase, it opens a page with the options to pay via carrier bill (AT&T in my case), PayPal, or credit card.

Probably only works in the States right now, I'm with Rogers in Canada so I guess it'll come soon.
