whats the best way to update or check that you have the latest versions of all the apps that are on your BB? I run the desktop manager, as an example, youmail came out with a update today but the desktop manager did not pick that up......is there another program that checks for your phones latest app updates??.

I don't think there is. DM only checks BB software so you won't see updates. I try to buy most apps through the CB store or App World. The CB store will send an email when an app has been updated. App World is supposed to send a notification when an app has be updated.

Generally speaking, apps have update section itself...
i don't think there could be a software checker app like that.
Cuz every app has different databases...

Are you talking about purchased apps? Some apps automaitcally check or have a check for updates button. If you purchase your apps through CrackBerry, CB sends you an e-mail when a new update is available.

I found the CB Store to be the best way to check as Bill said! The notifications emails, PLUS the My Accounts page.

Yeah, I forgot about the accounts page. Do place to check for a new version to swap to when there's not an old version update.

If you bought them from CB or Mobihand, the Crackberry Superstore app is the easiest way to check if you have the current version and download an update.
