Is there an app to track my worked hours

So if i work 9 hours i can set the begin and end time.

I guess you could use the calendar. It allows start and end times. And if you really review it you can even put in your breaks and lunches.

BizTrackIt use it everyday (I punch-in and punch-out) well worth it!

I downloaded a spreadsheet from ms office website that is a weekly time sheet with breaks. I use the free documents to go to edit and save My time sheet then email it to my pc. I then change the dates and save a new weekly time sheet and email that back to myself. So far seems to work fine.
