App should be tied to appworld or bango account rather than pin

i think due to the frequency with which people switch handsets or problemse that occur so they trade them for refurbed from carrier apps should be tied to an account which can a user can input a single pin so when you switch its not such a pain to get all your apps working on your new phone without having to rebuy them

I've never had to re-buy an app and I've transitioned from 5 different BB's. Contact the DEV and they usually will give you a new reg. number (if you can prove that you purchased it in the first place.

This is a way to keep people from pirating software.
