App to schedule bedside mode?

Is the an app that can be used to schedule my device to enter bedside mode at a particular time of day, then go back to normal at a particular time?
I'm a light sleeper and I hate having my device wake/disturb me when I'm sleeping. I usually put my device in bedside mode but it seems the one time I forget is when the pings/fb/tweets flood in x_x.

Anyone knows if any app has this functionality?

I know I can have the device set to bedside mode when charging, but I due to the poor battery life I have to be charging at odd times in the day and I need to can hear my phone.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
