    Uses the Storms GPS to get your speed. You know how the clock looks if you set it to Digital read out, that's how I want the app to look like. Displaying Your current speed. Make it for both MPH and KPH changeable in options

    Maybe set it on your dash for a HUD!!!

    I am going to test tonight how the clock looks on my windshield if if can work as a HUD.

    I'm waiting on the Dynolicious App that should be out very soon for BB.

    * 0-60 MPH
    * Other Speed Tests (0-10 MPH through 0-100 MPH in 10MPH increments)
    * Quarter Mile Elapsed Time
    * Quarter Mile Trap Speed
    * Elapsed Time and Trap Speed for standard intervals (60', 330', 1/8 Mi, 1000')
    * Lateral G's (current and peak)
    * Braking G's (current and peak)
    * Friction Circle
    * Wheel Horsepower or Estimated Engine Horsepower

    That is from the Iphone version so hopefully the BB Storm 1 is just as good

    yes, but the speed is listed in 9 point font, so it will not work. It needs to work like the "Clock" app with Digital Read out, Nice big numbers!!

    Dynolicious is performance app, I dont think it will have what I am looking for. I am talking about a app that just lists MPH/KPH in big numbers on the screen like the clock app. It will have to use GPS to get the speed ,so may be an update to a current app, or an addon to a gps map program to do this or something. If I knew how to develop apps I would do this in a heart beat but who knows if any one will actually develop an app that does this simple thing.

    The program "GPSed" already does this...sorry I am on my Storm and don't have a link, but it seems to work pretty well for me.

    hmm ill try it, dont think it will work how I am saying

    Edit: yea it gives the speed in tiny text, not small like other apps but its still to small to be used the way I am saying. It needs to me text as big if not bigger then "Clock" app in digital read out mode.

    there is an app called speedOmeter I just found out but on the storm it puts the app the size of the BB Curve screen so its not usable either, best would be black background and in big numbers in a certain color your mph

    Ummm... Just how big do you need it? GPSed (at least for me) gives the speed at the same size as the digital clock in portrait. it isn't as big as the clock in landscape, but by no means is the readout "tiny."
