If you do a battery pull that should regain your memory

Check for apps running in the background (push and hold BB key). Check the threads in the help forums about memory for lots more suggestions. Best of luck.

I have held it for over five minutes and nothing the bb key is the one nest to send right? If I go to app world and my world it only shows 2 apps 1 of which is uninstalled I have 5.1 mb I have uninstalled everything I think I can without deleting anything that might screw up my os. [I] am so frustrated I am ready to get the hammer!

What he means is to hit the bbkey and scroll down to "switch application". Out older blackberries don't do the "long press bb key". Just go to switch apps and if anything but "home screen" "call logs" "browser" "messages" and "bb messenger" are open then close them. Otherwise you might need to do a custom OS shrink. Also go to Options-Advanced Options-Applications and delete any language programs you don't use, like korean, japanese, and chinese character/font sets. Good luck!!
