when i connect my blackberry to the desktop manager and open up the app loader, it only shows the apps i have download (facebook, tweet genius, aim, etc.) and not the core 4.6 applications. i need to access the core applications so i can delete visual voicemail. any help? thanks!

core applications won't be there unless the OS is actually installed on your comp

You have to download and install the OS then install it. Then search the forum for complete instructions on how to delete VVM java files.
