Not that I'm aware of. I don't think that BlackBerry has (or will) release the API's required to reproduce such a "Today" screen for BlackBerry 10.
Maybe screen saver? or screen when u press power button? :/
There are no screen savers for BB 10. What is available, is to have your next calendar event showing on the lock screen when you preview by sliding up from the bottom bezel. I know this isn't what you're trying to achieve, but it's the closest I can think of...
