    I got a replacement phone and have activated it, however I have not been able to get emails or facebook updates to push through ( like let me know when they have been received.) What did i do wrong or need to do ?

    I believe you need to go to Verizon's BIS website and change your PIN from your old one to your new one. That should get the emails sending to your phone again.

    True, though the VZW rep should have done that automatically when they activated the phone. Regardless though, you can log in to your BIS account and manually change the PIN number.
