I'm not too sure if there is one already in place or not. If there is it's not working. They are having issues with not enough apps for their systems and the ones that are making apps are leaving. If they had some sort of incentive to bring them and keep them it would be great. With the playbook developers got a playbook sent to them to develop apps for it but that doesn't seem to be enough. What if they had a quarterly prize for different things. It could be divided into a few different categories so different developers had a chance to win. A few examples would be something to do with business or a game. The prize would have to be something significant like money or a device or both. They may even want to have a category for new and existing developers to bring new ones in.
