On booting up, I am getting the following prompt box with a lot of text but no info on the identity of the app that is producing it:

"Note: Declining the requested permission changes will result in reduced functionality. However, if you are a BES user this may be unavoidable due to your IT policy blocking the requested permissions." There is an "OK" box.

And OK is the only choice! Pretty muddied, huh?

Did you just start getting this message? I'd remove the last installed app and see if that cleared it up. I've never had the message.

The application that is doing this most likely auto-starts on startup and you never had set it's permissions to always allow.
