What's the best app for finding theaters and show times. Currently using flixster but it won't work unless I have a gps signal which doesn't happen in my apartment. So I am looking for one that can do both gps and zipcode search. Or even let me save a favoerite theater and not always have to refresh the list.

Poynt will use your GPS. If the GPS is blocked, when you are indoors, for example, it will use your cell site to locate you, similar to how Google Maps works.

Poynt. I stand by it ever since I got my blackberry. You can rate, see trailers and as JeffH said, if GPS is off, it will use your cell cite.

I'm using Fandango, which claims to have over 16,000 US theaters, more than any other app. You can get it from getjar.com.

Type movies and your zip from google in your browser. (movies #####) If ya dont really need an app, that is.
