    I just updated to .938, and I can't get anything to work. I tried re-registering berry weather and everytime I open it and try to add a location I get a blank white screen that says app error and all I can do is reset the phone.

    Also, BIS has not worked at all. If I avoid going into berry weather I still have no BIS, and eventually I get the app error reset screen again.

    I'm more concerned about the reset screen as I can probably figure out the no BIS.

    Any help please?

    I'm on Att, and was on .862 with no problems prior to today.

    Have you removed berryweather and reinstalled it after a reboot?

    Also, the No BIS could be caused by your carrier's end having issues. Give them a call and see what they can do.
