so i love my torch i just got it sunday its running just the stock att os that it shipped with .246 i beleive? any way i am cruising around just fine facebook back to text etc then i check my email then back to facebook well then my phone locks up wont do anything the goes white screen and says app error 603. should i be concerned or should i just update?
Did you restore any apps from a previous Blackberry to the Torch? You may have a bad app on there and need remove it or even to reinstall the OS. I'm assuming you have removed the battery for 30 seconds.
try pulling the battery and then reboot. if the problem comes back, you may need to troubleshoot which app is causing the problem or maybe even reload the OS. you could have an app that isnt fully compatible with OS6. list your apps for us.
