after downloading sn upgrade the phone froze, once sorted and turned back on there was an exception and now it just says app error 523 on a completely blank screen... help? please?
If you received this error after installing a new OS, you're gonna have reinstall a clean version. Meaning remove any previous OS versions from your PC. Back up your device then download and install the OS to the computer. Next connect the BB and reload the OS.
