need help with app error 523. i have a storm 9530, please help me with a fix

You are not alone. I have received the same app error message. I should have info by tomorrow on how to fix that problem.

I found out that the OS makes the difference in ringtones, apps, and themes. I bought a cool theme and ringtone and tried to download it on the OS that was on my storm but kept getting error messages. I updated to the latest OS version, 5.0, then had success with both. I also downloaded the latest Blackberry Desktop Manager as well.
