Hi

I have a problem with my bb. I try to upgrade the document to go to be the premium version. After that my phone keep restart, and finally displayed message error 523 restart. I try to restart but its not working. And my computer cant recognise my device, the pin is unknown. I return to the store where I bought the phone and finally is working. And this morning when I remove the battery and put it back, and its happened again. I can"t turn on the device and only displayed the error 523 in my screen.

Anyone can help and guide me to solve this problem step by step?
