    I have a blackberry storm that has the app error 200 message and then i go to reset it and when it starts again the error returns! I have tried to remove the battery, I've connected it to my computer but it wont connect to the desktop manager because my phone has to start first and i can't figure out how to wipe it. I downloaded the program but I have a mac and when i open the file it just comes up with text. I've even tried to do the smart mode on my phone but that won't work either. Everything on my phone is also up to date. Please Help Me!

    I had the same thing occur two months ago. I went to the Verizon store and switched it out for a new one (I have the insurance).
