Is there an app that will change ring profiles depending on the time of day?

Toysoft's profiler. It will not change automatically if holstered but warns you with a vibrate and then changes when pulled out.

you can try our RandomTones. You can set start and end time for each profiles and it will randomly select a ringtone. you can have upto five profiles. RandomTones works on OS 4.7 and higher only.
