App for backlight to come on

Is there an app to make the screenlight come on when you get an sms or email? It stays black usually

ive got bblight, set it all up, but i cant click on the dropdown duration, to tell it how long i want it to stay on for when i recieve a txt.

so now it just stays on once ive received it?

any help?
