App for arrows to move cursor?

Hey I was thinking a great app to be made for the storm would be something that adds options to any field where you type to bring up arrows that would move the cursor around - something like when you press the Sym button a few times it goes to a screen of just four big arrows and clicking them moves the cursor...because I am having a terrible time trying to move that cursor at all (I know hovering for a sec brings me to a mode to move it, but it still is very difficult). Anyone know if such an app exists or might be made anytime soon?
