    Has anybody had this problem ?

    when i reboot my 9700 i get this message...Uncaught exception:Application net_rim_bb_phone_app(54) is not responding; process terminated.

    but i cant seem to find what app its affecting.

    Likely no way to tell. Best to get rid of all of your 3rd party apps and install them one at a time and see if it happens again. Alot of third party software is crap.

    i get that message occasionally, and when i do, my custom ringtones do not work. hope that helps.
