I added the App thinking it would be easier to check my email daily instead of searching through the browser manually, but now im getting a text with every junk mail I get (there are alot)
Can I some how turn off the notifications?

which app are you refering to? The AIM IM app? or did you sync your aol email account to the BIS system?
If its the app, you can go to your profiles and silence it in and out of the holster. The problem is that you will silence all IMs as well.
Same works for e-mail if its a BIS linkage that you did...
