I can't view any previous apps or anything and when i log in with my new bb id it takes me to the acceptance page and then the acct. I am unable to download anything or view all previous downloads, it just stays on the acct info screen. What am I missing?

this was posted before i seen your response which by the way did not help me. i have taken it off and reloaded with battery pulls several times. idk what else to do thanks for trying but it's not that simple

I too am having problems and I went through the whole gambit too. Tried to call RIM but I am not paying to talk to Tech support so I talked with my carrier and they were stumped as ****. They said I was not the only caller that was having the problem. My new phone will arrive tomorrow.
