Jim Rom? Don't know that one. But I know that between iheartradio, Pandora, and Slacker, you can find something that will have your taste of music. Personally, I love Slacker. However, I've never used the other 2. I just like Slacker because it's got a lot of great Electronic radio, good alternative hits, and a lot of other stuff. I'm listening to Day 'N' Nite by Kid Cudi right now, actually (an electronic remix).
Granted, the only reason I chose Slacker is because I'm a slacker ;).
Jim Rome?? I'm not sure what station he is on where you are but I believe all of the apps listed above only stream FM. Check out moodio.com. You can set up to stream AM.

Jim Rome is on KLAC-AM in Los Angeles, CA. That is a Clear Channel station so iheartradio has that station. His web site is www.jimrome.com if you go to affiliates you can find more stations he is on. Iheartradio streams KLAC from LA.

I don't know where you live but you need to find a sports station closest to you that syndicates Jim Rome. Then register and search for that station on moodio.com. That's how I get Rome if I want to listen on my BB. If you live in the central us time zone(using moodio.com)search- Houston, select genre- Talk, hit apply then select Sports Radio 610, Rome is on between 11a-2p central time.
I use radio companion for local sports and iheartradio for other stuff
