I'm looking for an easy-to-use auto mileage tracker. MileaeGenie may work, but it's expensive at $60. For that price I'll buy Garmin GPS instead and hope that they'll update their software to include mileage.

Try MileageMeter. It's 4.99 and works fine for tracking mileage.

You could try GPSed from Map your tracks and photos, share your position from your mobile | free Mobile GPS Tracking Service. They have a lite version for free (I think) and the full version (which I use). Gives mileage, speed etc. Allows real time tracking for those you want to allow.

I like the tracks and waypoints which after I upload to the site, I can import to Google Earth. But, I really like the spreadsheet that mymileage genie offers with kml files.

    Worth a look anyway
