All third party apps gone after trillian?

IM not sure if it was really from trillian, the only other thing i did was re-install a theme to test.. but i just noticed that ALL of my 3rd party apps were gone! Not hidden.. GONE!!! It did ask to replace the MCP backup when trillian installed... clicked ok not thinking about it. Whats MCP backup?

wait.. omg duh.. mcp backup is what i am using to restore!??? how was that on the phone as a module?

it seems that mcp creates a single app that has ALL the cod files and installs it. not cool....

That is exactly what MCP does. This is a huge problem with MCP and DM. Had nothing to do with your theme or Trillian.
