hi guys my first blackberry.

My AIM no longer works. i tried reinstalling it and nothing. when i try to sign in, it says connecting then "internal error. Please try again later"

funny thing is that my friends online say im signing in and out when i try to connect.

Whats wrong with it and how can i fix it?

i installed a few apps last night (quicklaunch, tetherberry, bbfilescout, and poynt" and also d/l desktop manager and backed it up.

And help is very much appreciated.

I had this problem. I signed in with another sn and then signed back in with my sn. Started working again.
