For some reason Aim doesn't work on my Tour. It claims that the service is not available for this device. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Yup I did also. Nothing seems to work. I've deleted it and reinstalled. Resent service books and still nothing.

    no problem here..
try uninstalling/reinstalling it, and doing a battery pull.

battery pull for blackberries seems to be equivalent to restarting windows machines.

I've tried it all and nothing. It looks like the aim service books aren't coming through to the phone and that's what's causing it. I actually messed up a setting on something else so going to wipe the handheld and set it up again. Lets see if i have some luck.

It looks like it might be a Sprint issue as I am having the same problem. I've tried everything and still no luck. Anyone else find a solution?
