I do not have a data plan, only use the wifi. Is there some way for me to be able to use AIM with only wifi (and not be charged with data usage)? I d/led the official AIM app from blackberry.com/aim, but it says "Service not enabled for this handheld." when I try to log in. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
i dont think 95% of the apps you download (that require data) can use wifi. I run my 8120 through wifi only. The best way to get around is to use m.ebuddy.com that have a pretty good IM service that you can use.
